Our school owns a copier that we purchased through Imaging Concepts a year ago. When replacing the ink, the yellow colored ink was defective and had spilled out inside the copier. When calling Imaging Concepts, they were quick to send out a technician (the very next morning) to fix the problem and we were up and running again in no time. Our technician, O'Donnis was super friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgable and super helpful. Thanks Imaging Concepts for the great service!
