Our school owns a copier that we purchased through Imaging Concepts a year ago. When replacing the ink, the yellow colored ink was defective and had spilled out inside the copier. When calling Imaging Concepts, they were quick to send out a technician (the very next morning) to fix the problem and we were up and running again in no time.
